Functionalities of the Sales Companion reporting system.
Sales Companion allows you to flexibly design a survey on an ongoing basis to be filled in by a field employee.
- Text, numeric, dictionary, date, 0/1 questions
- Set the range and number of characters for numeric fields
- Set default answers
- Force a specified number of photos to be attached to the survey
- Create conditional questions
- Enable scanning barcodes
SalesCompanion allows the employee to attach any number of photos to their visit report - within the general photos section, as well as in separate photo questions.
- Photos are taken with the employee's phone/tablet and automatically attached to the report
- Each photo is described with the geographical coordinates of the place where it was taken
- In the online system, you can conveniently view photos taken in the field
- Photos can be downloaded to a local hard drive
When an employee enters the visit report and saves it, the application registers their geographical coordinates.
- It ensures that visit reports are actually filled in at the location where the service is provided
- See the location of each visit and verify that it is correct
- The coordinates of the locations where the photos are taken are also recorded
- View the employee’s route from point A to point B
To help you keep track of your project's results, SalesCompanion provides a range of ready-to-use summary reports available in the online system.

Sales Companion allows different groups of users to communicate effectively with each other. You can use:
- The Messages module - publish any message for a reporting group. The content of the message is visible in the visit report to be filled in
- Survey comments
- Submitting surveys for correction (the system stores all messages between the manager or PH and the service provider)
You can communicate within the system, by e-mail and by text messages
Dashboards are a convenient form of presenting key information on a single screen without the need to open individual projects or reports.
- Any report generated in the system can be set as an element of the dashboard
- When you click on a graph bar, you go from general data to details
- From global data you can move on to data from a single visit
The employee takes photos of the shelves in our application. The photos are sent to our partner's system and processed.
- The final result are collective reports presented in the SalesCompanion system and concerning availability of products, number of facings, competitors' products, etc.
